What will you be doing?

You will perform various activities in the field of Microsoft SQL database technology and you are the driving force behind the innovation, improvement and continuous development within our Microsoft SQL database domain. You do so for both our own database clusters and for the managed instances in Azure. Work for which you are responsible includes the arrangement and management of authorisations and jobs, solving incidents and executing changes,  guaranteeing database security issues, and determining and monitoring capacity and quality requirements. You are of course capable of effective documentation of the above.
You think along in terms of database use and the design of any new services and applications, advising on the acceptance of new and changed database solutions.

What are you bringing?

• You have an MBO diploma level 4;
• You have proven and sound knowledge of and plenty of experience with management and implementation of Microsoft SQL database solutions based on availability groups;
• Experience with Azure SQL instances is advantageous. You quickly analyse and effectively solve any database problems.

You are also:
