We are looking for an HR advisor for our HR team, which currently comprises 3 persons, the focus being on the LTDs in Amsterdam and the northern Netherlands. We are a dynamic organisation, and all HR aspects are involved, making you broadly deployable. However, your focus will be on recruitment and selection. 


Your tasks / responsibilities are: 

  • You are the contact person for managers when it comes to HR business; 
  • You are operationally responsible for the HR policy, terms of employment, vitality, absenteeism, and have clear focus on recruitment and selection; 
  • You actively contribute to positioning the Breens Network as an employer; 
  • You contribute to (ongoing) development of the HR policy and safeguarding that policy; 
  • Together with your HR colleagues, you work at creating conditions for a strong organisation.

What are you bringing? 

  • Minimum HBO degree in HRM or comparable specialist field;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a recruiter or HR advisor;
  • Enthusiasm regarding recruitment and selection, including employer branding and the sourcing of candidates;
  • If you already have knowledge of or experience with IT positions, that is advantageous;
  • You are aware of current developments in the working field and in legislation and regulations;
  • Knowledge of the use of social media for recruitment purposes;
  • Social skills, you have a clear style of communication and powers of conviction;
  • Decisive and patient, you keep your word, you manage expectations and you monitor progress.
