About Educator 

Educator B.V. supplies software applications to the education sector, such as a Student information system, Education catalogue, Study guides and various applications which support innovative education concepts.

The consultant (junior, medior, senior)

As a consultant, you translate client requirements and market developments into functionalities in the Educator products. Clients include educational institutions who are newly implementing Educator, but also those institutions who have been using Educator for some time. You do so by supporting them in new innovations, for example. Thanks to your enthusiastic attitude and problem-solving capacities, you are capable of engaging educational institutions as potential users in the proposals you make. 

As a consultant, you are part of the service team. In this team, you work together with all disciplines within Educator: Development, Support and Sales & Marketing. You also work on the quality and repeatability of implementations and service. The latter is achieved by developing standards and providing project documentation which is recognisable for future implementations.

In case of client queries, you provide support in implementations and once schools have introduced the software.  

Who are you? 

Can you tick these boxes? 

  • Thanks to your analytical skills, you are capable of effectively understanding, explaining and solving complex issues. 
  • You are communicative, results oriented, analytical, independent and conceptually strong; 
  • You believe in the importance of quality and you enjoy problem solving. 
  • You like engaging other people. You enjoy getting to work with clients. 
  • An HBO or WO degree in IT/business management or similar; 
  • You are a starter, junior, media or senior; 
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English both orally and in writing; 
  • Relevant working experience is advantageous; 
  • Knowledge of Information Systems; 
  • Experience with scrum and project management methods; 
  • Experience in the education branch.
